- Page 270, exercise 10.9. The data are described on Table B.16 in the text, and are given the file http://www.stat.umn.edu/~sandy/courses/8053/Data/ushealth1.txt. The variables names in the file are State, X1, ..., X13; see the book for the actual variable names. Don't forget that the last two variables, X12 and X13, are not ordinal, but rather they are categorical.
