    Data

Data files for this course are available as Excel spreadsheets and in a special format (file names ending in .jmp) that are appropriate for use with JMP or JMP-In. When you click on a link below, you will get a list of files. In the list, select the file you want, and hold down the right mouse button to get the menu item "Save link as" (or something similar, depending on your browser) to save the file. If you are using a lab computer, I recommend that you save data files to your own removable media.

    Example

To use the file hamsters2.jmp, you would: (1) start a browser, and point to this page; (2) select the JMP link above; (3) in the list of files select hamsters2.jmp with the right mouse button; (4) save the file to your local disk; (5) start JMP-In; (6) select File-->Open and then browse to the file you just saved.
